REGULATIONS AND NOTES FOR THE UNIFORM OF THE ARMY OF THE
UNITED STATES: This 40 page paperback
monograph was published in 1972 by Jacques N. Jacobsen
Jr. He gleaned the specific descriptions and
regulations from army regulations which detailed the
uniforms worn by US Army from 1872 through 1877.
Jacobsen drew directly from the original manuals and the
coverage of the uniform regulations is very
comprehensive, to include quite a few period photographs
of soldiers in uniform.

it is in very good condition, showing very little shelf
